They organized everything so well, they were there for me when I asked them last minute things even on the day of, they are so professional, and know everything and anything that goes into planning. They will make your life 100x easier. A planner really makes a difference in your wedding experience, not just the planning part but dealing with all the tiny details a bride shouldn’t have to even know about. I know this because in the beginning I planned it and then I realized I really needed someone there for me to contact the vendors in Mexico. I recommend the team 10 out of 10 and will definitely be using them again for our future Mexico events.

Never had I imagined having a destination wedding, but when my significant other popped the question in Mexico, I knew we needed to return to get married in such a special place. Living in the United States, I knew it would be a challenge to plan a destination wedding, especially because my husband (then fiancé) and I work close to 12 hours a day. I knew we needed help, and quick!

After a quick Google search, I found an angel who was sent from heaven, and his name was Saulo Gonzalez. During our first Zoom meeting, we instantly clicked, and I knew Saulo was going to become my best friend (he became besties with my husband too). Saulo was thorough, detailed, organized, thoughtful, caring, and instantly put my mind at ease every time we spoke.

Saulo and his team organized two very special days for my husband and me — our welcome party and our wedding day. Saulo made our dreams come true with both of these events. I had a vision in my head of how things would look, but when I walked into these events, that vision — now a reality — was a thousand times better than anything I could have ever imagined.

He will keep you on track throughout the entire process and promptly respond to any questions you have. Trust me when I say, he makes dreams come true!

Where do we even begin to explain how wonderful it was working with the entire team at Saulo Gonzalez. From our very first meeting, they were the most responsive, professional, prompt, and fun team to work with. Obviously, working with a design team in a different country brings some hesitation, but they understood our vision from the very beginning. The team was absolutely incredible. I had a lot of questions and very specific visions, and they answered every email, provided the most detailed mockups, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process.

Getting married at Casa Kimberly had been my dream for years, and they had never done a wedding there before.
