To this day, this dream wedding represented the biggest challenge for our team as we were invited to collaborate just 5 months before the celebration when we normally take on projects 12 to 18 months in advance. We designed and planned in record time a memorable and exciting Welcome Polo Party followed by the wedding day across 3 different locations, concluding with an incredible after party that lasted until sunrise. Since the venue was nestled in the jungle, it required meticulous execution and teamwork, using golf carts with platforms to transport equipment and the dedication of a talented team that worked on nighttime pre-setup for two days before the event. The result was epic—we loved seeing our clients’ smiles and happiness as they discovered and joyfully experienced every moment of their celebration.
